We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary full-time basis. As a Benefit Card Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality service to customers via phone, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues related to debit card incentives, orders, and balances. This is a remote opportunity, and we're looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Customer Service Representative – Benefit Card Support, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Following established communication scripts to handle various topics and ensure consistency in service delivery
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to resolve their issues
- Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide the best possible support
- Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise

- Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, with a strong commitment to being available and responsive to customers

- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience, preferably in a call center or office environment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn quickly

- Must be 18 years of age

As a temporary full-time employee, you'll enjoy:
- Starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds)
- Work hours between 9:00am-10:00 pm (CST), with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs
- Paid training, typically 1-2 weeks in length, from 8:00am-5:00pm (CST)
- A temporary full-time status, with opportunities for growth and development

As a remote worker, you'll need to provide your own equipment and workspace, meeting the following requirements:
