  • Provide a positive experience for our clients by greeting and checking in/out guests, answering general questions, and offering tours of our facilities
  • Answer and handle calls in a professional manner, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and pets, adhering to strict health and safety protocols
  • Follow specific instructions to provide 5-star service to our furry friends, including feeding, care, well-being, comfort, and overall happiness
  • Schedule appointments and manage guest reservations, ensuring seamless communication with our team and guests
  • Perform data entry and file maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Work in both customer service and animal care, providing care for our guests and ensuring their happiness and well-being
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • Answer and handle calls in a professional manner, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work in all elements – heat, cold, rain, etc. – and adapt to changing weather conditions
  • Take photos to share on our social media, showcasing the happiness and well-being of our furry friends
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of professional animal experience
  • Possess a love of animals and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Displays a professional manner at all times, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • Lift/carry 40 pounds or more, and able to stand/walk for eight hours a day
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work with constructive criticism and feedback, and adapt to changing situations
  • Able to work on a computer system, with proficiency in data entry and file maintenance
  • Able to handle dogs on leashes and work in an environment with exposure to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, animal dander, and excretions
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Previous experience in a customer service or animal care role
  • Knowledge of animal behavior and body language
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Comfortable with dogs jumping on you, and able to throw toys and show interaction
  • Experience with social media and photography, with a passion for sharing the happiness and well-being of our furry friends
