• Product Education: Explain the features, benefits, coverage options, and costs associated with various health insurance plans in clear, accessible language. Ensure clients fully understand their policy details, including deductibles, premiums, copayments, and network coverage.


• Enrollment Assistance: Guide clients through the entire enrollment process, from initial inquiry to policy issuance. This includes completing applications, verifying eligibility, and ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.


• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Your goal is to become a trusted advisor that clients can rely on for their insurance needs.
