Position Overview
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our airport operations team in Honolulu, USA. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation of $27-$35 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and career advancement. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional passenger experiences. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Passenger Assistance: Interact with both domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, providing expert guidance with ticketing, check-in, and baggage procedures while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Customer Experience: Greet customers as they begin and conclude their journey, offering friendly, professional, and confident service that makes their travel experience memorable and enjoyable.
- Problem Resolution: Serve as the expert resource to help solve customer travel issues, providing insightful solutions that turn potential challenges into positive outcomes.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational credential
- Minimum of 18 years of age at the time of application
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and emerging technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
- Ability to lift and handle baggage and cargo as required
- Ability to obtain a SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) badge and meet all airport requirements for badging
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Ability to meet arenaflex's attendance requirements and maintain uniform and appearance standards
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-friendly attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications and experiences will make you a stronger candidate:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail environments
- Experience in the airline, travel, or transportation industry
- Knowledge of international travel procedures and regulations
