As a Customer Service Parts Advisor, you'll be an integral part of our customer-facing team, working closely with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support and service.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Parts Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for all parts-related issues from dealers and retail customers, responding and addressing inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
  • Researching engineering drawings, charts, bill of materials, work orders, and network documents to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Assisting dealers with part number research, price quotes, shipping options, part availability, status of existing orders, and change orders.
  • Researching and creating special make item part numbers, descriptions, and build lists.
  • Processing special order requirements for recalls, technical bulletins, product improvements, and warranty no-charge orders.
  • Verifying accuracy and completeness of information on parts orders, demonstrating a broad understanding of all products for each brand.
  • Communicating internally and externally to convey information regarding parts availability and status.
  • *Experience and Knowledge**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer-facing experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably with knowledge of RV construction, processes, parts, and warranties, Lemon Laws, and recalls.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mediate escalated issues and upset customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including AX.
  • Ability to learn, grow, and adapt to an ever-changing product environment.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to assess problem situations and respond appropriately in a professional manner.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including AX.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • *Work Requirements**

As a Customer Service Parts Advisor, you'll work in an office setting, approximately 95% of the day, with the following requirements:

  • Sitting, standing, and working in front of a computer monitor.
  • Communicating with others, using hands and fingers to operate a phone, keyboard, and other office tools and equipment.
  • Reaching with hands and arms.
  • Complying with all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Working a full-time schedule, with some flexibility in hours and days worked (including Saturdays, as needed).
