- Communicating directly with patients, affiliate partners, payers, and healthcare providers to address their concerns and provide solutions
- Collecting payments and providing guidance on payment options for outstanding balances
- Updating patient accounts with new or corrected information and requesting itemized statements
- Explaining medical bills and clarifying patient financial responsibilities, including deductibles and copays

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, with a preference for 2 years in medical billing and direct patient contact in a call center
