As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving product or service problems, maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers, and keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Comfortable using computers and customer-facing software
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
