  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Analyzing customer inquiries and resolving issues and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing sales and customer service communication skills to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior call center experience preferred
  • *Education and Experience**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior call center experience within the last 3 years; at least 1 year of experience in a sales and customer service role
  • Ability to work occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages
  • Authorized to work in the United States
