*Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

Interacting with customers via phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues
Providing accurate information regarding orders, billing, and other account management tasks
Demonstrating empathy and understanding in all customer interactions
Documenting customer interactions and following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction
Collaborating with team members and leadership to improve customer experience
