As a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Call Center, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their student loan accounts
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a call center environment

  • Minimum 40-45 WPM typing speed
  • Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust 5C Background Investigation after hire
