As a key member of the CE Budget Management team, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing payment data, facilitating invoice payments, and developing new tracking and reporting templates. As a Customer Engagement Budget Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from processing postage checks to developing new processes for future planning and analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and analyzing payment data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Facilitating invoice payments and working with multiple partners to ensure timely remittance

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• 3+ years' work experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience with growing responsibility in Finance/Accounting or Business Development
• Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills. Proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required
• Proficient experience in large data sets and Excel formulas
• Practical experience with Coupa, SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience communicating with team members at all levels, including senior management
