Position Overview
As the CDP Product Leader at arenaflex, you will provide an exceptional level of technical expertise to our team, supporting the development, configuration, and maintenance of our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), specifically the Adobe Experience Platform. This critical role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, advising on best practices for platform utilization, and delivering technical guidance to internal stakeholders across multiple departments. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences will be essential to your success in this role.
You'll be working at the heart of our data infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our CDP operates at peak performance while delivering actionable insights that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet organizational needs, ensuring high availability and optimal performance
- Development Support: Support new development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance activities on the platform, working closely with engineering and analytics teams
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance and consultation to internal organizations regarding segment-building and Real-time CDP platform utilization
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to align on technology requirements and implementations
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with cutting-edge trends and best practices related to the Adobe Experience Platform and broader CDP landscape
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure best practice utilization of the platform across all departments
- Training & Enablement: Lead training sessions to upskill internal organizations on the effective use of the platform
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with Adobe Support and Consulting agencies to coordinate product upgrades and implement workarounds as needed
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical data manipulation and marketing technology solution experience
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, particularly with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent Customer Data Platform solutions
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex technical issues independently and efficiently
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Safety & Compliance: Consistently prioritizes safety and protection of self, others, and customer data

- Education: High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency required

- Platform Experience: Direct experience with Customer Data architectures, including Adobe Experience Platform or similar platforms such as Salesforce C360 or Segment
- Implementation Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex enterprise-level systems
- Data Governance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of data governance and data manipulation best practices
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital business environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization
