As a Senior Customer Engagement Analyst at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of our client-facing operations, serving as the essential bridge between customer requirements and technical implementation. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Full System Lifecycle Engagement: Participate comprehensively in the entire system lifecycle, from initial customer and sales engagement through requirements gathering, criteria analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, delivery, and comprehensive documentation. You'll be involved in every stage, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional outcomes.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of customer business requirements by collaborating closely with our technical teams. You'll help develop end-to-end processing solutions that encompass design, setup, testing, delivery, and complete documentation – ensuring every client receives a tailored solution that meets their unique needs.
- System Validation & Quality Assurance: Validate batch and online system setups and outputs based on customer-defined requirements. This includes direct communication with customers to audit results, explain findings, and ensure complete satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
- Industry Analysis & Adaptation: Analyze and interpret how industry changes, regulatory updates, and market shifts will affect program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery. You'll be the eyes and ears of the organization, identifying opportunities and risks before they impact our clients.
- Technical-Client Liaison: Serve as the critical translation layer between technical teams and non-technical clients. You'll explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language that empowers clients to understand and confidently utilize our solutions.
