  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and web-based interactions, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate support for their billing, insurance verification, product, or service questions.
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer inquiries and taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue.
  • Collaborating with our pharmacist and pharmacy staff to provide clinical advisement and ensure that our customers receive the best possible support.
  • Providing best-in-class service experiences for our customers, even in fast-paced environments, and helping to answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs.
  • Offering technical support to customers navigating our online pharmacy platform, pharmacy.amazon.com.
  • Serving customers in a timely manner to maximize our relationship with them and understand that each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship.
  • Maintaining adherence to our company's Work From Home policy and promoting customer privacy and safety.
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, and demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
