- Selling travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products
- Understanding and adhering to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work PM shifts with 2 consecutive days off, which will likely be offered midweek
- Digital literacy in navigating web-based and airline-specific software applications, emails, instant messaging, and internet searches
- Reliable and committed attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal attainment

While not required, having the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge in this role:
- One year of experience working in sales and at least one year of experience providing customer service
- Spanish language fluency, as Delta periodically opens internal bilingual positions (with associated pay increase) to current Customer Experience Specialists
