  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing information about our services
  • Working closely with our drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
  • Addressing any issues that may occur and providing solutions
  • Handling 50+ calls on a daily basis
  • Working hard and weekends when required
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • *Requirements**

We're looking for someone with the following characteristics, skills, and experience:

  • Two year's minimum previous customer care experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well-organised and punctual
  • Reliable and supportive team member
  • Multitasking and time management
  • Honesty and professionalism in everything you do
  • Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
  • Comfortable handling with 50+ calls on a daily basis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer care experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
