  • Resolve customer problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to supervisors or managers.
  • Fulfill customer requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to relevant teams or departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions by entering information into the call center database and documenting customer interactions.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, knowledge management, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop reporting requirements by supervisor or manager to ensure accurate and timely reporting of customer interactions and support activities.
  • Handle Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assist other team members with their queries and concerns.
  • Assist in the training of new-hires and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that our support standards are met.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business administration, communications) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a remote work environment.
