As a Billing Customer Care Specialist II at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Researching and Responding to Complex Customer Billing Disputes**: You'll work closely with our customers to resolve complex billing disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Collaborating with Internal Departments**: You'll work closely with our internal departments to gather information and validate customer disputes, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • **Providing Timely Acknowledgments and Updates**: You'll provide regular updates to our customers regarding the status of their disputes, ensuring that they're informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • **Processing and Inputting Incoming Customer Disputes**: You'll be responsible for processing and inputting incoming customer disputes into our ticketing system, ensuring that all disputes are accurately recorded and tracked.
  • **Actively Participating in Team Meetings**: You'll participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share best practices, and provide feedback and support to your colleagues.
