  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide timely and effective solutions to our clients' needs
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits to ensure they receive the support they need
  • Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits to our clients
  • Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage to ensure they have the right protection in place
  • Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met to ensure seamless policy issuance
  • Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics to help us improve our services and meet our goals
  • Participating in optional training sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge, ensuring you stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments
