As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems in a timely and efficient manner
- Dispatching emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies as needed
- Providing world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, ensuring their safety and security
- Notifying customers of non-emergency signals and keeping them informed throughout the process
- Notifying account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch, ensuring seamless communication
- Receiving and processing inbound calls requesting information, providing accurate and timely responses
- *Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- A clean FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states
- One year of customer service experience (preferred but not required)

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Bilingual Spanish/English speakers (additional $1.00 per hour)
