  • *Job Summary:**

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternative Investments. Your primary focus will be on refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund businesses or transfer representatives. This role also involves processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling and reconciling transactions, and processing and reconciling dividend activity. You'll work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams, using email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Evaluate registration agreements or transactions requests for Client/Advisor level exemptions
  • Govern responsibilities, including adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
  • Reconcile Field, Dividend, and Move Breaks across BOS and Fund Business
  • Evaluate and interpret tax programming and correct tax coding as needed
  • Handle complications, including internal and external system improvements or issues
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between TDA, the Fund, and other outside company partners
  • Provide method or technology service options to Management
  • Remediate transactions issues with the Fund or opposite company
  • Answer service companion questions regarding Fund-specific requirements/eligibility
  • Provide action on Alternative Investment transactions to expedite client requests or remediate not-in-good-order concerns
  • Timely and accurate completion of customer exchanging and dividend demands
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Alternative Investments and related regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration)
  • Experience working with TD Ameritrade or a similar financial institution
  • Knowledge of tax programming and coding
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
