- *Responsibilities**
As a Client Account Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals
- Executing campaign launches from start to finish and delivering insightful optimizations to agency and client partners
- Ongoing management of internal account operations
- Educating brands and media agencies on value proposition and best practices
- Consulting clients on their awareness and direct response objectives and crafting media plans
- Collaborating with Ad Ops for effective campaign delivery and resolution of technical issues
- Representing client needs to cross-functional stakeholders
- Identifying areas of improvement proactively
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, with CPG client experience preferred
- A solid understanding of customer marketing funnels and traditional marketing ecosystems
- Comfort with problems of diverse scope requiring data analysis
- Understanding of digital measurement and tracking fundamentals
- A tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through challenges
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
