Position Overview

The Claims Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our claims processing operations. This position is responsible for entering, managing, and processing claims data with precision and attention to detail. You will serve as a key support resource for our contact center and various departments, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded, properly documented, and routed to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

  • Document Management: Attach supporting documents, such as medical records, invoices, and correspondence, to claim files. Ensure that all documentation is properly organized, labeled, and forwarded to the appropriate person or department for review and processing.

  • Claims Adjustments: Assist in making necessary adjustments to claims as requested, including voiding claims, changing loss types, updating dates of loss, and processing other modifications in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

  • Phone Support Coverage: Provide backup phone coverage for the contact center, offering prompt and professional assistance to customers. Address inquiries, provide information, and escalate complex issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
