As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing answers to our customers for all pricing and product inquiries via online chat, ensuring that their questions are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Offering a high level of professional, competent support in reviewing and documenting accounts of all customers in pre-sales and post-sales situations, building trust and loyalty with our customers.
  • Following established procedures to ensure that customer relationships are enhanced and customer loyalty is built, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
  • Navigating computer systems to track calls, gather information, and effectively resolve customer issues or queries, providing a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  • Selling, cross-selling, and upselling the best communication products and services in the market, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Handling blended voice and non-voice interactions, providing a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all channels.

  • The ability to work in a shifting schedule, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • At least a Senior High School diploma or equivalent (old curriculum).
  • Advanced computer knowledge and excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools.
  • A valid NBI Clearance prior to job offer.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
