To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent computer knowledge and usability
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to effectively manage your time while multi-tasking
- Tactful customer issue resolution
