As a Cargo Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Processing and handling cargo shipments, including checking in and out cargo, handling customs clearance, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including cargo manifests, customs forms, and other relevant documents
• Collaborating with other teams, including operations, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless cargo transportation

• *What We're Looking For**

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cargo Agent. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
• Basic digital literacy and typing skills
• Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
• Willingness to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

While not required, previous experience in cargo freight and warehouse operations, as well as typing/computer skills, are strongly preferred.
