We're seeking an experienced Associate Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced quantitative models and data-driven solutions. As a key member of our PRM division, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders. - Design, develop, and deploy advanced quantitative models and data-driven solutions using machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain code guidelines, participate in code reviews, and document work processes, models, and code
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including upper-level management
- Coach and collaborate with other colleagues to drive data science and analytics capabilities across the organization
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- Master's degree in a related field, such as data science, business analytics, or operations research, is highly desirable
- Proven experience with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages
- Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
