Position Overview: Member Services Representative

As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members through phone and chat interactions. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a genuine desire to help others. You'll be working in our Oklahoma office, collaborating with team members across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle High-Volume Member Interactions: Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond to member-facing chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Each interaction is an opportunity to reinforce arenaflex's commitment to member satisfaction.

  • Assess Member Needs and Provide Solutions: Identify member requirements and offer appropriate resolutions, including answering general questions about arenaflex.com products and services. Investigate and resolve complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries.

  • Issue Resolution and Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve order, product, and delivery issues. Document member interactions thoroughly and follow up to ensure complete resolution.

  • Facilitate Communication Between Departments: Act as the primary liaison between arenaflex.com members, vendors, purchasing, and operations staff to coordinate solutions and ensure seamless experiences.

  • Multi-Task Across Systems: Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously across different screens while managing phone calls or chat sessions. Navigate various databases, ticketing systems, and member information platforms with ease.

  • Offer AppropriateCompensation: Evaluate member concerns and offer compensation or remedies as needed, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and maintaining member satisfaction.

  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay current on arenaflex.com features, product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to members.

  • Document Interactions: Maintain detailed records of member interactions, issues, and resolutions using arenaflex's customer relationship management systems.

Work Schedule and Requirements

This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours per day. Shift times will be scheduled no earlier than 12:45 PM following training completion. All team members must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off. This position is based in our Oklahoma office; please note that we do not currently offer work-from-home options for this role.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

  • Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in multiple software applications. Must be able to type at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional business writing is essential for documenting member interactions.

  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off, as required by business needs.

  • Certification: Must complete the 14-day training program and obtain the eCommerce Member Services Specialist Certification upon completion.
