As a Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality service

• *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills

• Own a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
• Attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT)
• Work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
