Job Overview

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Advanced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our Data Entry and Examination group, you will play a critical role in supporting the arenaflex Pack, which includes Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ in a single product. This drive is essential to the expansion of DTC's real-time features in the US.

Responsibilities

The Advanced Data Entry Specialist will work closely with our business leaders to identify the most pressing business challenges related to Pack patterns and drivers. You will develop insightful systems to respond to these questions and create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have a non-stop stream of Pack intel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with business leaders to define the most pressing business challenges on Pack patterns and drivers and developing insightful systems to respond to these questions


• Helping to create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have a non-stop stream of Pack intel


• Performing extensive pattern examinations, assessing the contributions of drivers from every conceivable point


• Defining and investigating crowd segments to drive Pack growth


• Cooperating with other Examination groups to understand and utilize all suitable Pack information from different sources, combining insights into a firm, significant story

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, along with comparable work experience


• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL


• Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to direct and strategic regression, significance testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation procedures


• Ability to control large datasets, decipher data patterns, and utilize a multitude of different data sources and tools


• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.


• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply business process to data analysis and recommendations


• Exceptional presentation skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and to organize findings into meaningful recommendations


• Ability to think in a calculated way, analyze and interpret market and customer data


• Knowledge of creating, executing, and analyzing refined A/B/MVT test builds

Favored Capabilities

While not essential, the following favored capabilities would be beneficial in this role:

• Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services


• Experience working with Advertising groups or in the Advertising industry
