As an Administrative Clerk – Medical Claims and Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in assisting with the processing of medical claim reviews by professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing administrative tasks to support the processing of medical claims, including data entry, word processing, faxing, and document review
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including medical and insurance terminology
- Analyzing and resolving complex claims-related issues, requiring strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, as they impact medical claims processing

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your schedule and preferences. You can choose from the following options:
- Sunday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST
- Monday – Friday: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm EST

- Tuesday – Saturday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. Our training program includes:
- A 2-3 week training period, Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5 pm EST
