What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an Actuarial Analyst at arenaflex, you will be immersed in challenging and rewarding work that spans multiple business domains. • Rate Filing: Organize and analyze filing data, then prepare and submit necessary exhibits for regulatory filings. This responsibility ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining accuracy in all documentation.
• Reserve Analysis: Analyze claims data and monitor reserve levels for appropriateness. You will demonstrate a solid understanding of actuarial reserving methods and issues, contributing to financial stability and accurate forecasting.
• Planning and Forecasting: Provide technical support and analysis for planning, pricing, and reporting processes. Your insights will help shape the financial direction of the organization.
• Pricing, Trend and Benefit Design: Develop and recommend pricing and trend analysis for products and/or benefits. You will play a key role in ensuring competitive yet sustainable pricing strategies.
