  • *Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and drive growth in our 3P Market. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships with new and existing sellers, fee pricing, and product offerings to our customers. You'll work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to identify product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and monitor competitor efforts to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.
  • *Primary Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning.
  • Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with complex data.
  • Polished communication skills, including talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.
  • Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a strong "hands-on" approach to managing responsibilities and demonstrated potential to manage multiple competing priorities concurrently.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
