We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our Client Investigation Center team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our customer analytics and insights product strategy. This role requires a unique blend of technical, business, and analytical skills, with a strong focus on customer-centricity and data-driven decision making.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our customer analytics and insights capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing, to deliver high-quality customer insights and analytics solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our customer analytics and insights product, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Work closely with our Designing and Development teams to ensure that our customer analytics and insights product meets the highest standards of data security and customer protection.
  • Collaborate with our Data Science team to develop and implement advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities that drive business insights and customer value.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in product management, or
  • 9 years' experience in product management or related field, with a strong focus on customer-centricity and data-driven decision making.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 6 years' experience as a product manager, preferably leading customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive digital experiences, with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusion, including knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive products and services that meet arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and standards.
