- *The Role**
As an Account Director on our ChatGPT Enterprise Sales team, you'll be responsible for leading our enterprise prospects' journeys from consideration to purchase. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, including Account Associates, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success, to build and execute complex customer evaluations, demos, and pilots. Your expertise will help us drive revenue growth, expand existing customer relationships, and stay ahead of the competition.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Lead enterprise prospects' journeys from consideration to purchase, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
- Partner with Account Associates, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to build and execute complex customer evaluations, demos, and pilots
- Forecast pipeline and targets on a weekly basis, providing accurate and actionable insights to drive business growth
- Monitor the industry landscape, contributing to product roadmap and corporate strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering to drive business outcomes
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new teammates, fostering a culture of growth and development
- Contribute to the development of company culture, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Proven experience selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company
- Achieved revenue targets >$1M per year for more than 6 years, demonstrating a track record of success
- Designed and executed complex deal strategies, driving business growth and expansion
- Supported the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies, leveraging expertise in sales, marketing, and customer success
- Led high-visibility customer events, including CABs, conferences, product launches, and more
- Gathered, distilled, and processed complex market intelligence, informing business strategies and product development
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Passion for or deep curiosity in artificial intelligence, with a desire to educate customers on AI and its applications
- Experience building strong relationships with executives and professionals across functions, serving as a trusted advisor
- Proven ability to impact how a company operates and scales, with a focus on building strong systems and processes
