Job Description:

I’m the founder of a venture-backed startup and looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to support core operations and keep things moving.

This is a part-time role (5–10 hours per week max). The focus is execution, follow-ups, and organization — not generic admin work.

You’ll be working directly with me and acting as a force multiplier, helping ensure nothing slips across ops, finance, and admin.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Track and follow up on key tasks, deadlines, and commitments
  • Manage invoices and maintain a clean accounts payable tracker
  • Support payroll setup and coordination (via Rippling)
  • Handle NDAs and organize documents in company drive
  • Coordinate with vendors, insurers, and external partners
  • Assist with basic compliance tracking (state filings, notices, etc.)
  • Help manage employee onboarding/offboarding and tools access
  • Keep systems organized and up to date
