- Job Description:
- Design and polish customer-facing PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks
- Create visually compelling slides for leadership meetings, all-hands, and organizational communications
- Develop diagrams, infographics, and visual storytelling elements to simplify complex ideas
- Support SharePoint page design and layout improvements for internal communication
- Translate business requirements into creative visual concepts and layouts
- Prepare design drafts, mockups, and layout options for stakeholder review
- Create charts, graphs, and visuals from structured data inputs
- Ensure brand consistency and visual standards across all materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations
- Manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design
- Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory)
- Ability to create clean, professional visuals and presentations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic experience creating charts, graphs, and visual data representations
