- Job Description:
- Deliver multiple software upgrade assistance and implementations via consulting activities
- Be the trusted advisor to clients on system configuration and implementation
- Communicate with the customer to determine needs and contribute solution design
- Assist with project issues and help coordinate activities
- Provide ongoing client support and troubleshooting for application questions
- Provide on-site training and consulting for clients if necessary
- Requirements:
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing accounting position or financial consulting for an ERP software
- Strong knowledge in supply chain / distribution desirable
- Proven success in ERP software project implementation and deployment across multi-business verticals
- High level (Intermediate) of proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
- Experience (Intermediate) with ERP solutions such as Infor Visual, Syteline, Epicor, Great Plains etc.
