Covers T&M and fixed-fee structures

Includes IP designation language (Work Product vs. iLLÜM Materials)

Phase 3 — SaaS Subscription Agreement

Standalone agreement for platform-only subscribers and bundled engagements

License grant, restrictions, data rights, SLA framework, auto-renewal, suspension/termination
