What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Remote Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our eligibility records across multiple systems. This role is essential to maintaining the "supply of truth" for our pharmacy adjudication system. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Data Analysis and Resolution: Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to identify discrepancies between the pharmacy adjudication system's data and Aetna enrollment package records. You will investigate root causes and implement effective solutions to correct any issues.
- Record Correction and Maintenance: Perform records access corrections and updates to ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly aligned across systems.
- Queue Management: Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems originating from various regions within the organization. You will prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
- Error Identification and Resolution: Analyze multiple reports to discover and resolve errors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
- System Reconciliation: Reconcile eligibility data between systems, identifying and addressing inconsistencies to maintain seamless operations.
