  • Audio Equipment: A wired USB headset with microphone is required for clear, professional communication with customers. Wireless headsets are not permitted.

  • Internet Connection: High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed is required for seamless connectivity. Important: Mobile home internet (such as T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) and satellite internet services are not permitted.

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system is required. Some clients may accept AppleOS, but Windows is preferred for maximum compatibility.

  • Security Software: Valid and up-to-date antivirus software must be installed and active on your work computer.

  • Mobile Device: A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, including authentication apps used for verification purposes.

Eligible States and Territories: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.

Currently Ineligible Locations: We are unable to accommodate contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Background Check Requirement

All prospective contractors must successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check as part of the onboarding process. This requirement ensures the security and trust of our clients and their customers.

Contractual Relationship

It's important to understand that your relationship with arenaflex is a contractual one. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. This arrangement offers maximum flexibility and autonomy in how you complete your work.

As an independent contractor:


  • You will not be classified as an employee of arenaflex

  • Arenaflex will not withhold taxes from your earnings

  • You maintain full control over your schedule and work methods

  • You are not entitled to vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind

  • You will receive a detailed contract outlining all terms and conditions of your engagement
