AECOM is a global infrastructure consulting firm dedicated to delivering a better world. They are seeking an Entry-Level Deputy Project Manager to support project delivery and operations across various business lines, while gaining hands-on experience and professional development opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Project Managers to support a variety of projects and programs across the region
  • Monitor project performance and understand how individual projects contribute to overall business outcomes
  • Prepare reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint, and contribute to project delivery
  • Apply standard engineering and project management techniques to develop technical skills and professional judgment
  • Prepare designs, calculations, drawings, and other project deliverables under the supervision of experienced professionals
  • Participate in interdisciplinary reviews and contribute to continuous improvement across teams
  • Develop and manage spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tools to support project and business operations
  • Collect data and prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts on key project and program financial metrics
  • Conduct research, perform analysis, and present recommendations based on findings
  • Coordinate with business lines and corporate teams to compile and analyze data for management reporting
  • Assist Project Managers with cost control, schedule tracking, and other key project management functions

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • Relevant experience, internship or professional work, is a plus
  • Working Knowledge of industry software such as Oracle- Primavera P6 software, Revit, etc
  • Working Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power Bi and Office 365 apps such as Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Design
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, high proficiency with Excel
  • Ability to work with different levels of both technical and administrative personnel
  • High comfort level with quantitative analysis, particularly under tight time constraints
  • Excellent communicator including the desire to ask questions and learn from co-workers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with a commitment to completing tasks with urgency and within established deadlines
