Role Overview: Customer Service Analyst

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Analysts. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and entry-level candidates who are passionate about customer service and want to build a rewarding career in a global organization.

As a Customer Service Analyst at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, interacting directly with customers and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Query Management: Respond to all customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You will handle incoming inquiries through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media, providing accurate information and resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Performance Metrics: Deliver exceptional results against Employee, Customer, and Shareholder metrics as per defined goals. You will be accountable for meeting or exceeding performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, resolution rates, and quality indicators.
  • Process Improvement: Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands. Your insights will help us continuously improve our processes to meet evolving customer needs and ensure quality service is delivered at all times.
  • Compliance & Quality: Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and compliance guidelines. You will follow established protocols and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the highest quality standards in all customer interactions.
  • Initiative Support: Support any new initiatives in the directorate. This includes participating in special projects, piloting new programs, and contributing to organizational change efforts.
  • Stakeholder Balance: Balance customer interests with the interests of arenaflex. You will advocate for customers while ensuring business objectives are met, creating win-win situations for all parties involved.
  • Documentation: Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to identify and document necessary information accurately. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for quality assurance and continuous improvement purposes.

Essential Qualifications


  • Experience: We are hiring candidates with 1 to 6 years of total experience. Customer service or contact center domain experience is preferred, but we welcome freshers with the right attitude and aptitude.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must be customer-focused with a strong ability to resolve customer issues and effectively address service-related situations.
  • Analytical Abilities: Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail. You should be comfortable analyzing customer issues, identifying patterns, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Customer Orientation: High level of customer sensitivity, commitment, and service orientation. You genuinely care about helping others and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • Results Orientation: High result orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. You are motivated by achieving goals and take ownership of your performance.
  • Decision Making: Ability to take independent decisions and meet stringent deadlines. You can work autonomously and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Excellent command of the language, both written and spoken, is essential for effective customer communication.
  • Performance Rating: The incumbent should have a performance rating of G2L2 or better in the last review (if applicable).
  • Technical Skills: Must have standard MS Office exposure. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will help you succeed in this role.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work in a 24*7 environment, including weekends and holidays. We provide rotational shifts to ensure fair distribution of workload.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior calling or telephone customer service experience is preferred

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (comprehensive training will be provided)

  • Experience in handling high-volume customer inquiries

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software

  • Understanding of best practices in customer relationship management
