Who We're Looking For

We're seeking educators who are passionate about helping students succeed and who bring the following qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

A four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Prior tutoring experience (formal or informal – all experience levels are welcome)

Strong expertise in mathematics through calculus level

Solid foundation in at least two science disciplines (biology, chemistry, physics preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A caring, patient, and encouraging teaching style

Genuine commitment to student success and academic excellence

Ability to relate to high school students and build trusting relationships

Reliable transportation to our Chattanooga center (37421 area)

Availability to work during peak student hours (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or license (any state)

Previous experience teaching ACT/SAT prep courses

Schedule Details
