Entry Level Chemical/ Process Engineer - ELE/PHX

They are looking for an Entry-Level Chemical/Process Engineer to join their Advanced Facilities Electronics Team, where the role involves various engineering tasks, including developing process flow diagrams and maintaining process designs.

Responsibilities

• Work on state-of-the-art projects, implementing, modifying, and maintaining process designs
• Assist with the development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and equipment specifications
• Work with a multidisciplinary team taking on a variety of tasks that blend theoretical knowledge with practical application
• Under the guidance of professional engineers, develop flow diagrams, perform sizing calculations for pipe and equipment, and develop process specifications
• Assist activities ensuring that design and construction conform to functional specifications, recognized codes and standards, and customer requirements
• Utilize software such as PipeFlo, AFT Fathom, Bluebeam, and SmartPlant
• Take ownership of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assigned
• Demonstrate the ability to progress from basic design work assignments to more complicated projects working in conjunction with a technical team
• Manage time and responsibilities effectively while maintaining a high standard work product

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role
• Previous Process Engineering Internship experience
• Engineer In Training (EIT) Certificate or on track to obtain
• Ability to work within the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or anytime in the future
