About Us

AI for Education is a fast-growing edtech company helping K–12 and higher education institutions navigate AI responsibly and effectively. Our team produces high-volume content — webinars, email campaigns, blog posts, and more — and we're looking for a skilled contractor to help us bring that content to life across our core platforms.

What You'll Do

You'll receive polished copy drafts and be responsible for building and publishing them across three primary platforms:

ActiveCampaign — Build and format email campaigns, create UTM-tagged links, design basic graphics in Canva for properly sized images, and QA before send

Squarespace — Publish and format blog posts and basic landing pages utilizing past content templates, build and embed opt-in forms, add proper meta data and urls, handle basic layout/design updates

Zoom — Set up and configure webinar registration pages and event settings

You're a Great Fit If You:

Have hands-on experience building emails in ActiveCampaign (not just any ESP — we need someone who knows this platform specifically)

Are comfortable working in Squarespace and have a good eye for clean, on-brand formatting

Know your way around Canva for simple asset creation

You can match and maintain our existing brand voice and visual style, working from our brand guide and past templates/examples

To keep our templates maintainable and avoid issues down the road, you’ll default to the native platform editors (ActiveCampaign's email builder, Squarespace's page editor) and reach for custom code only when truly necessary in special circumstances

Understand UTM parameters and can tag campaign links correctly before send

Are detail-oriented — you catch spacing issues, broken links, and formatting inconsistencies before anyone else does

Can work from a brief or copy doc and execute with minimal back-and-forth

Are reliable, responsive, and comfortable with a fast-moving content calendar

Hours & Engagement

This is a part-time, ongoing contract role. Hours will vary by week depending on our content calendar — expect anywhere from 5–15 hours/week on average. We're looking for someone who can turn around builds quickly (typically within 24–48 hours of receiving copy).
