Job Title: Elastic Technical Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Description:
• Entry-level or intern-level customer facing consulting role. Often first professional technical role.
• Works primarily in a supporting role on projects with direction from more experienced team members.
• Core competencies include:
• foundational technical and people skills (good interpersonal communications)
• strong aptitude for learning
• comfortable with the travel requirements of the position
• Bachelor s Degree preferred
• Support Consulting Engineers
• Determine primary Solution and begin learning core skillset
• Begin learning the Elastic Consulting Methodology

General Guidelines:
• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
• 1 - 2 years in Consulting Associate role, on average (may require more less time in role for individuals)
• Uses professional experience; applies best practice principles to deliver expected outcomes.
• Work is semi-routine in nature, with general guidelines to address issues and solve problems.
• Measured & Organizational impact within the discipline of a function

Contributor Guidelines:
• Operates with limited autonomy; receives general instruction; works under routine supervision
• Reviews/proofs work for lower-level colleagues
