As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our Customer Insight Center product, ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. Your expertise in product management, data analysis, and customer experience will be instrumental in shaping the future of arenaflex.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Drive the development and execution of the Customer Insight Center product, ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences
  • Characterize and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflow for the Customer Insight Center
  • Ensure that tools are built and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product development and differentiation
  • Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management, or
  • 9 years of experience in product management or related field
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products
  • We value candidates with a background in creating comprehensive digital experiences, demonstrating expertise in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to joining us as we continue to create open products and services observing arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and standards for supporting a comprehensive culture
