· Doctors and Surgery Centers on Lien. We have a network of doctors, surgery centers, and hospitals that treat personal injury victims on lien. We offer funding for surgery centers and hospital fees and assist in coordinating medical care for clients, including doctor scheduling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Director of Inside Sales, your duties will include:

· Manage, hire, onboard, and train Inside Sales Account Managers across two main channel—direct to consumer leads and referrals from law firms.

· Run sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance management with clear accountability to activity and results

· Provide hands-on coaching, call reviews, and real-time feedback

· Ensure the team follows our defined systems and processes — this is a structured, process-driven sales environment

· Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail across the entire inside sales team

· Continuously identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve performance

· Train reps on how to navigate law firm dynamics, set expectations, and build rapport

· Ensure fast response times, strong qualification, and consistent follow-up to convert inbound interest into funded deal

· Train and coach reps on how to properly handle these leads — from initial contact through closing, with a focus on urgency and persistence

· Monitor and improve conversion rates across each stage of the funnel (lead → qualified → funded)

· Enforce strict adherence to scripts, processes, and systems — this channel requires structure, attention to detail, and consistency

· Identify gaps in performance (missed follow-ups, slow response times, poor qualification) and implement solutions quickly

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

· Experience in handling a team of inside sales representatives of more than 10 team members

· Strong leadership skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· English fluency: Must be able to speak and write in English fluently and clearly.

· Quiet workspace: A dedicated, quiet place at home to work.

· Reliable internet access: Consistent and reliable internet for work tasks.

· Your own computer (with a camera), and consent to install computer monitoring software as part of company policy.

· Bank account or alternative method: A bank account or payment method that accepts wire transfers is required.

    BENEFITS
  • Compensation: Earning potential $97,000 - $161,000 annually
  • Base Salary: $85,000 to $125,000 annually (depending on experience & state residency as we have positions available across the county)
  • Commission: $12,000-$36,000 per year is the practical range but since we have no cap, exceptional employees can exceed that high mark.
