    Job Description:
  • Shape the people strategy for Product and Engineering divisions
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner supporting senior and executive leadership
  • Provide counsel on organizational design and workforce strategy
  • Lead talent planning activities including succession and development planning
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and workforce planning
  • Analyze workforce data and organizational trends to identify priorities
  • Collaborate with HR partners to implement supportive programs and solutions
  • Guide change management planning for business initiatives
  • Facilitate leadership discussions on organizational health and role clarity
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in HR business partnership or strategic HR roles
  • Experience supporting Product and Engineering divisions
  • Experience using workforce data and people insights
  • Knowledge of core HR disciplines like performance management, employee relations, and change management
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated curiosity and capability in leveraging AI tools for HR effectiveness
